Did not honor towing as part of my full warranty service, they have all information on my car, Jacob later stated they made a mistake, but I need to fix it, made this my problem to get reimbursed. First how is towing not covered in new car under warranty with super low miles, second if you make a mistake own it, making this the customers problem is not good advertising.

Stopped by and ask about an oil change on a 95 jeep, one oil filter and 4 quarts of oil! The service guy had to stand there and think about it for a while, I ask don’t you have a set price for conventional oil change? He finally said oh about $88. Very dissatisfied with the customer service, communication and quality of worksmanship by the paint crew at Sandy Sansing Jeep in Foley, AL. Without a doubt the worst service I have EVER experienced. I am a owner of 3 Jeeps...a 1980 CJ 5, 2008 Wrangler and a 2021 Jeep Gladiator. I brought my Gladiator in to have it looked at specifcally based on a thumping noise that was coming from the rear end or drive train. George, I believe his title is Service Manager, was extremely rude, condescending and arrogant. Stay away from this place. I wish I could give zero stars, but not an option.

We were traveling in the Gulf Shores area, staying at Gulf State Park when my husband was concerned about the transmission of our Ram 1500. After scheduling an appointment a week in advance, my truck sat at this dealership for over 2 days with nothing being done. The sales rep failed to call me after he said he would on two separate occasions. I went and got my truck on the third day with nothing done. A 2 hour job couldn't get done in two days. Pretty pathetic. And what's worse they don't seem to care.

We traded in our cars to get a brand new 2019 jeep grand cherokee that could haul 6500+ lbs and has 4 wheel drive. After our salesman told us that was the case we were ready to sign the papers. Little did we know we got the weakest jeep of the crew. It only hauls 3500 lbs max and had trouble making it up a hill with a little bit of snow on it (2 wheel drive). Thomas did a great job dealing with my stress about buying a new Jeep. When I realized I was in finance that the deal I was doing wasn’t the best deal for me and Instead of getting frustrated and sending me packing, he and the sales manager listened to My concerns and we walked around and landed on a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude 😳👍. This was my 2nd trip back to this dealer after a test drive and research on the fair market price. The dealership met the price I wanted with some mild negotiating and financing was easy. While have my 2018 Wrangler serviced for the first time I asked about the difficult of removing the rear window to lower my top completely. They said that it needed a complete new top and windows and that they would be covered by warranty. They ordered the parts and had them in two days, called to let me know they were there and worked around my schedule for the installation. The service was outstanding and all the people I dealt with were super friendly and helpful.

Called for a service appt and got one to meet my schedule, had two sensors that need to be looked at. Before I could get 2016 jeep wrangler to them the breaks locked and couldn't drive. I talked to the service dept they hooked me up to get it towed to the dealership and had it fixed the same day. Very helpful and kept me posted throughout.

Took in my 2008 Commander for a factory recall repair for the ignition and keyfobs dropped off at 7am using night drop . Called the service department after opening and Was told would be ready by by lunch time. Called st 2pm and car still in the shop not complete. I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from this dealership. I had to schedule service because the passenger floorboard was leaking. Diagnosis was there was a seam that was not sealed. The carpet had mildewed. They used so much chemical cleaning the carpet that I had to ride with the windows down for five days. Purchased 2016 Ram diesel truck new. Had good service and experience with truck for the first 3 months. The truck has been back on numerous occasions since with same complaints of trans slipping, very poor mileage and engine noise with no reasonable explanation ever other than "it's within specs". Make same trips,with truck. Used 50 gallon of fuel in beginning and now used 80+ gallons. Found what we thought was the perfect jeep to meet our families needs. Spoke with sales rep about the jeep we saw on their website 2 times asking many questions about the vehicle and setup an appointment before heading to the dealership. I bought a used Saturn SUV and paid cash . Told them I wanted everything checked out before I paid for it . Had to take it back the next day after I had paid for an extended warranty. They used my extended warranty for something that should have been fixed before I bought it. I have purchased 3 Dodge vehicles from this dealership and have been impressed with all 3 vehicle deliveries. The first was a Dodge Ram truck which was serviced under a recall. I dropped my truck off and was given a ride home and later in day , picked up and brought back to dealer. Vehicle had been serviced with no charge to me. Truck is the best I have ever owned.
